NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 situation, we are, of course, going to reschedule the event listed below. At this point, we hope to reschedule in September, but we won't be able to list a specific date until the situation is more clear.

Next Introductory Event from the NY Gurdjieff Foundation:

A Way In Life:

An introduction to the teaching of G.I. Gurdjieff and how to have a practical search for meaning in the midst of the modern world.

This event will feature opening remarks from two of the senior members of the Gurdjieff Foundation along with time for an exchange.

There will also be a showing of a remarkable and rarely shown documentary film by the award-winning director Ken Burns. The film, “In the Marketplace” addresses the idea of search in life with its subject William Segal.

Note that the sessions are open by invitation only to those who have attended our introductory events or previous reading sessions. Registration is required.

There will be three Friday sessions this winter and spring: March 13, March 27, and April 17, each starting at 7:30 pm and lasting about an hour.
